The Crowd Control Tour , featuring Hip-Hop darlings Kidz In The Hall, 88-Keys, and southern rising stars Donnis and Izza Kizza, will take their shows on the road, embarking on a national tour spanning most of the continental US.
With the headliners having their respective success as supporting acts on past major tours, Kidz In The Hall and 88-Keys will have their first headlining tour which begins in New York at Highline Ballroom on February 28, 2010. For Kidz In The Hall, the tour is a great way to get out and really give back to the fans who have been supporting the duo since their first album dropped back in 2006.
The Crowd Control Tour will also serve as a promo tour for the Chicago group, with their third studio album, Land Of Make Believe, hitting shelves on March 9. For 88-Keys, a slot on the Spring ’09 KiD CuDi & Asher Roth‘s The Great Hangover Tour reminded him the impact being on the road could have and gave him the inspiration to get back in the lab and begin cooking up the follow up to his critically acclaimed first album, The Death of Adam. After two hugely successful consecutive mixtapes, groundbreaker Izza Kizza will be hitting his second national tour within the last 4 months to promote his upcoming debut album, having previously been on the road performing on the Alize Academy Tour. Considered one of the top new artists to watch in 2010, ATL newcomer Donnis will be rounding out the lineup. Following up his critically acclaimed Diary Of An ATL Brave mixtape which landed him on several “best of” lists for 2009, Donnis‘ current single, Gone on Fools Gold Records, is picking up at radio around the country.
