In 2006, XP released his first solo project titled “Soultree”. He produced 90 percent of it himself in Reason. At the time, Reason was still in its initial stages so production alone was groundbreaking. Xperience was featured on Macklemore’s release “Language of My World”. His performance on the track was noticed by the group Oldominion and he was honored to become a part of that crew. They were grateful for his remarkable work and asked him to be a part of what would become his first national tour. Xperience released his second solo album “William The VIII”, available on iTunes, cdbaby.com/xperience and at the sbdvsnstudios store. XP just recently finished production on his new mixtape, “The Durden Papers Vol. 1”.

XP has opened for artists such as Snoop Dogg, Kool Keith, KRS-One, Hieroglyphics, Bone Thuggs and Harmony, Bilal, Brother Ali, Atmosphere and others.

The Durden Papers

The Durden Papers Vol. 1, the new mixtape from Xperience (XP), is a collection of grimey underground bangers and mainstream heaters. With a fresh take on things, XP strays from the sound of his first two albums to create dynamic tracks for the clubs and the subs. While displaying his talent in singing, rapping and writing he keeps it fun and versatile, exploring new styles and sounds. On a national tour with Macklemore this winter of 2011, XP will be donating a portion of his profits to organizations affiliated with educating incarcerated youth.
