Party Rock Cypher is San Francisco’s newest, monthly underground hip hop event. The goal of Party Rock Cypher is to combine all the elements of hip hop (MCing, Turntableism, Breaking, Graffiti/Art) into one dope event. Bringing the underground/hip hop culture back to SF and the bay area. This months special guest are:
