Trojan Magnum Live Large Competition

Bring It Back Tour has partnered with Trojan Mangnum to promote the Magnum Live Large project. We will bring the movement to the next level, by celebrating Top tier Emcees in a multi regional competition. The Bring It Back Network and Bring It Back Tour will provide seven qualified, respected and established national touring artists to judge the twelve, hand selected, best of the best all around emcees in each regional competition.

The competition will be hosted by Asia One, co-founder of No Easy Props. There will also be a DJ Turntablist showcase hosted by Ichi The Killer, as well as live art and graffiti showcases in select markets.

Marvel vs. Capcom 3 Launch Party featuring David Banner, Hieroglyphics & DJ Qbert

We are so excited that Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is only one week away from launch that we are celebrating with a HUGE launch event here in the Bay Area.

Doing it at one of our favorite clubs in San Francisco, The Mezzanine, this party is a MUST attend event for you fighting fans in the area. Not only will we have a final retail build of the game there for all to play, but we will have live music, good grub, and special guest appearances by MVC3 Producer, Ryota Niitsuma and of course, your own Seth Killian. You’ll also get a chance to meet some of the folks over at Marvel. They will all be there hanging out, signing stuff, and of course, schooling you at MVC3.

We will also have Super Street Fighter 3D edition there for only the second time at a public showing. Get a taste for this powerhouse portable on the Nintendo 3Ds for the first time.

We will be raging from 8pm to midnight with musical guests DJ QBert, David Banner, the Hieroglyphics and one surprise guest!

No need to RSVP. First come, first serve. More details coming soon!

Come out and check out the Hieroglyphics Crew perform live on Lower Sproul on Feb. 2 from 5-7pm. Richie Cunning will be opening. So be sure to get there on time.

This show is FREE.

The Hieroglyphics crew start the new year off strong announcing a 6 city mini-tour showcasing the ENTIRE GROUP. Del the Funky Homosapien, Souls of Mischief, Pep Love, Casual, Domino and DJ Toure will be hitting the road, performing a handful of long-awaited live shows. Promising a busy year, the crew looks to use the run as a platform to reach out to patient fans announcing several new projects for 2011. The entire run is put together in support of the upcoming Marvel vs. Capcom 3 video game release with a special segment of the live set dedicated to the game. Eager fans can look forward to a fusion of classic material along with new cuts for a full Hieroglyphics experience.

Macsen Apollo is proud to release his first solo single and video “Heartbreaks”, off the upcoming album “Matters of the Heart”.

Macsen Apollo, out of Oakland, California has made a name for himself through his long-time rap career. As part of the V.E.R.A. Clique the MC has released two group albums to date and finally started working on his first solo effort in 2010. He has worked with well-known artists such as D’ Wayne Wiggins of Tony Toni Tone, Joe Scudda of Justus League, Dahrio Wonder, APlus & Aagee (Compound 7) of the Heiroglyphics and Souls of Mischief and many more, and has earned respect for his outstanding drive and unique style.

The title “Heartbreaks” ,the first single off the album “Matters of the Heart”, speaks for itself. It is based on a true story about being in love only to find out that it is based on lies and deceit. The Song captivates through its honesty and realness, as well as a distinct beat, produced by Kev Choice. This is not a song just for the ladies, it speaks to every person that has been through the Heartbreak.

The Song was released digitally today, January 11th 2011, along with a video and can be purchased via www.MacsenApollo.com.The album “Matters of the Heart” is set to come out March 2011 and will be available on iTunes and many other online stores.
