Doors open at 5:00 P.M. X Fest, the Valley’s Biggest Party returns for its 13th year with 50 bands and DJs on 8 separate stages and the World’s Largest Outdoor Disco that utilizes two city blocks. X Fest will draw 20,000 people to downtown and features some of the best and most popular touring acts in the country.
